Leef Peepers Half Marathon & 5K ~ Results ::

• Leef Peepers Half Marathon:- Run 13.1 Miles

 - Pre-registration only opening in June. Mail-in registration form and online registration link can be found on website. Registration is capped at 1,000 runners for the half and 500 runners for the 5K; if cap is not reached registration deadline is midnight on Sept 28. Bib pickup takes places from 9:00 to 10:30 AM on race day.

The half marathon course takes runners through Waterbury, up Perry Hill for spectacular "leaf peeper" views, down a paved out and back, over the scenice Waterbury Community Path, along a single track dirt path, and back into Waterbury. The 5K course is an out and back partially up Perry Hill before returning to the start. Half marathon is 75% paved and 25% dirt; 5K is entirely paved. See website for course map.

From I-89, take exit 10. Follow sign to Route 2, then take a left onto Route 2 east. Go through downtown Waterbury. Turn left on Park Row at the traffic light, go past the town green and railroad station, straight to Pilgrim 5.
