Run/Walk for Autism Awareness...
- 5K Run / Walk:- Run 3.1 Miles
Join Fleet Feet Sports Runners Spot on Sunday, April 30th at 4 pm. The run/walk will start at the Smith Lake Recreation Area. You can run/walk as little as a half mile or do a full 5k. We are holding this event to raise awareness for Autism. Ribbons will be given to every participant.

On March 27, 2014, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) released new data on the prevalence of autism in the United States. This surveillance study identified 1 in 68 children (1 in 42 boys and 1 in 189 girls) as having autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
