Dash for the Dog Park...

• 1 Mile Walk:- Walk 1 Mile
• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles
• 10K Run:- Run 6.2 Miles

The 10k/5k is a timed event. The course is moderate to hard. You will ascend up a slight hill, to flat ground, to another hill. Then you will take a right turn and ascend down the hill. The next 1.5 is pretty flat with a few little hills. Turning right you will have a wavy road to a slight down hill. the kicker is to come up the killer hill to the finish line. Our course is challenging with advent runners making a time of 24 minutes. Novice in 35 to 45.

Event details and schedule

You will be able to pick up packets at High Blue after 5pm on Thursday September 21st. Packet Pick-up can also be done on the day of event at 7am. You can also register the day of the race but all reaces go up 10.00 that day. This includes the Dog 1 Mile Fun Run.
