Veterans Run...

• 10K Run:- Run 6.2 Miles
• 5K Run / Walk:- Run 3.1 Miles
• 1 Mile Run/Walk:- Run 1 Mile

On Sunday September 10^th, 2017 at 9:00am, Foundation Fitness will be hosting the 1^st Annual Veteran’s Run.  This run is comprised of a 1 mile fun run, 5k, & 10k.  All distances will start and finish at Foundation Fitness. The 1 mile race will start at Foundation Fitness go around the beautiful pond in Riverstone Park and end back where it started.  The 5k & 10k’s are out and back courses that will run along the scenic Centennial Trail towards Post Falls.  The course is relatively flat with some rolling hills. 

Event details and schedule

The race will start at Foundation Fitness at 9am.  Packet Pickup will be at Foundation Fitness on Friday at 12-6pm, Saturday 8am-2pm & race day starting at 8am. Please park in the big parking lot across from Red Robin and walk down.  Parking will be limited.  All participants will receive a T-shirt and finisher medal. You will be guaranteed a T-shirt if you sign up by September 1^st, 2017. The top 3 male and female in each age group for the 5k & 10k will receive awards.  The age groups are under 15, 16-24, 25-34, 35-44, 45-54, 55-64, 65-74, & over 75.  You can sign up through Active.com, call us at 208-660-9378, or come in to foundation fitness and sign up in person.

 All funds and proceeds will go towards our 501c3 non-profit organization, Foundation Fitness.  Foundation Fitness mission is to promote physical fitness and its benefits towards good health.  The organization will offer physical health training to the public at an affordable cost with various programs available at no charge for qualifying veterans, youth, and law enforcement.
