I Run for Wine 5K...

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

Come on out to Renegade Winery on Saturday September 9th for a fun themed 5K! Hosted by Phoenix Athletica and Renegade Winery, this 5K course will take you through the beautiful neighborhoods of Stroudsburg and end back at the Winery. Renegade will then host wine tastings for all participants age 21 and over. There will also be live music and light fare for all to enjoy.

A portion of the proceeds from the race will be given to the Garden of Giving, a nonprofit organization based in Saylorsburg, PA. The mission of the Garden of Giving is to provide fresh produce and eggs to the food banks of Monroe County. They operate completely on donations only. 

Event details and schedule

Packet pick up for early registrants will be on Friday, September 8th from 5-8 p.m. at Phoenix Athletica. The address there is 2564 Route 940, Pocono Summit, PA. Day of event registration will begin at 10 a.m. The race will begin at 11 a.m. 

The course will take you through the beautiful and quiet neighbohoods of Stroudsburg. Beginning on North 6th Street, runners will travel up to Thomas Street to Wallace Street. They will then head up Wallace Street to Avenue C where runners will loop through a quiet culdesac neighborhood and return the way they came to end back at Renegade. 

Upon completion of the race, Renegade Winery will be open and giving wine tastings to all participants age 21 and over. There will be light food and live entertainment beginning at 2 p.m. 

Parking is available anywhere on Main Street and streets surrounding Renegade Winery's location. Parking is free on the weekends. 

Upon check-in of the race, please provide your race confirmation and photo I.D.
