A favorite course for walkers and runners is always fast and flat. It is sanctioned and certified by USA Track & Field to ensure the accuracy of the course distance.

Registration: Please register early! (Prices increases after July 1st) Active.com registration closes Thursday, August 10th at midnight Pacific time. We always order extra shirts , however we cannot guarantee a shirt if you register after the 10th. You can register at packet pick up on the 11th & 12th and on Race day the 13th with a late fee.  

Packet Pick-Up:  

Friday: August 11th from 11:00am - 6:00pm at Bosque Running Shop located at COORS & MONTANO - 6001 Winterhaven Dr NW Suite I Albuquerque, NM 87120. 

Saturday: August 12th from 11:00am - 5:00pm at  Bosque Running Shop located at COORS & MONTANO - 6001 Winterhaven Dr NW Suite I Albuquerque, NM 87120. 

Sunday: August 13th from 5:30am - 6:30am Race Day Packet Pick-up at the National Hispanic Cultural Center

Free Kids K: All Kids K participants will run for free. A $5 charge will apply to only those wishing to receive a race t-shirt. Call 505-503-8076 to reserve a t-shirt. Kid sizes are Youth Small & Medium. If you don't want a t-shirt, no need to register. Just show up, sign a waiver and a bib number will be distributed to your little athlete.

Awards: There will be an awards table where medals will be distributed for all age groups. There will also be an awards ceremony to recognize the top three overall women and men in the half marathon and 5K run.  All participants will also receive finishers medals at the finish line.

Age Groups: Top 3 males and female in each age division: (14 & under; 15-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70-75; 75+). 

A Great Cause: A portion of the proceeds will benefit Special Olympics New Mexico, which provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with mental challenges (intellectual disabilities), giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, other Special Olympics athletes and the community.
