4th Annual Caroline Fund 5K
- 5K Run/Walk:- Run 3.1 Miles
_ The 2017 Caroline Fund 5K is a run/walk through the scenic views of the Caldwells that supports brain and spine tumor research, as well as helps to provide both emotional and financial support to local patients and families affected by the hardships of cancer. Whether you are a competitive runner or just looking to have a morning of fun, food, music, family-friendly activities, and vendor booths, join us for this great cause! And the fun doesn't stop there - join us for a celebration after the race for beers and burgers at the Cloverleaf Tavern, featuring live performances by Jake Archer!
This is a USA Track & Field certified course and sanctioned Grand Prix 500 event. Cool down after the race with the help of chiropractors, physical therapists, and masseuses!
The Caroline Fund is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that was established in memory of Caroline Vandemark, 22 of Caldwell, NJ, who lost her battle to an aggressive form of brain cancer called glioblastoma multiforme. She maintained a positive attitude throughout her journey with cancer and the Caroline Fund hopes to help others do the same.
