The Haverford Township Free Library is hosting its first annual Dewey Decimal Dash 5K & Fun Run. The event will help raise funds for the Library’s upcoming renovations.  Registration will take place at the Library (1601 Darby Road, Havertown).  The course will start at the Library, run down Mill Rd to Karakung to Manoa Rd and back to the Library.  Awards: Overall (1-3), Top in age groups.  Entry:  5K - $25 until November 1, $30 from November 1 through race day.  Fun Run - $10 until November 1, $15 from November 1 through race day.  Amenities:  Beautiful course down Karakung Drive, T-shirt, coffee and hot chocolate before race, refreshments and water.
