_ The 2018 Lucky Leprechaun 5K/1K:

Feeling LUCKY?? Let's have a little St. Patrick's weekend fun! 

Look for the Leprechaun on the 5K course.... he will pop up in random places and if you ask him, he will share a gold coin from his bag of gold! Turn the gold coin in after you cross the finish line for a chance to win cool prizes! (The 5K is also a timed race with overall and age group awards, and the course is a USATF certified course for those that want to race!)

BEAT the Leprechaun on the 1K and win! Lucky, our Leprechaun friend, will get a 5 second head start; catch him and win a prize! (The 1K is designed for children 10 and under only, please)

BOTH the 5K and 1K finishers will receive a VERY cool pot o' gold finisher medal!

 THERE IS A STRICT 250 PERSON LIMIT FOR THE 5K!

The 5K is an AJC Peachtree Road Race Official Qualifying Event! (course #GA16050WC)

ALL parking is at Newtown Park. Please use the Old Alabama Rd entrance and park in the first lot on the right. 

1K begins at 8am, and the 5K at 830am. Awards ceremony 930am
