The course consists of 4 loops.   Start and finish is at the Greek Shelter

Water Stations: There will be water stations about every 2 miles along the course.  Besides water there will be bananas and oranges and sports drink and gels (brand to be announced soon).

Entry Fee:  55 early bird includes

• Technical T-shirt: male & female cut

• personalized bib (must register 4 weeks prior) Du City Tri Runs generic bib thereafter.

• Die Cast Medal with full color ribbon

• Awards/Plaques for Top 3 overall Male and Female

• Awards/Plaques for Top 3 Age Groups Male and Female 14- 19, 20-24 until 75-79

• Post Race bagels, cream cheese spreads, organic jelly and peanut butter.

Pre-Race Packet Pick-up: check website. 

Race Day Packet Pick-up: 8:45 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.

• Bring picture I.D.
• You will receive a bib with a timing chip attached to it.

Baggage Check-in: 

8:45 a.m. to 9:25 a.m.

• Your bib will have a tear off tag that you will pin to your personal bag.
• You need to show the matching bib to retrieve your bag from secure area.

Race Start: 9.30 a.m.

Preliminary Results will be posted at around 11:00 a.m.

Awards Ceremony: 11:30 – 12:00 a.m.  

Post Race Celebration!  Bagels, fruits and drinks!
