• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles
• 10K Run:- Run 6.2 Miles

Basic Information: The Hot to Trot 5k, 10k and Fun Run are great ways to start your Thanksgiving Day! The 5K course starts on Parkside Drive in front of Fleet Feet Sports and runs through Turkey Creek area then loops back. The 10K course is a 2 loop course. The Fun Run is out and back on Parkside Drive total of one mile.

Course Description: Runners and walkers of all ages are welcome to enjoy a race through Turkey Creek.

Registration: 5k/10k: Now - Sept. 3: $25, Sept. 4 - Nov. 3: $30, Nov 4-17: $35, Nov 18-22: $40
Fun Run: Now - Sept. 3: $15, Sept. 4 - Nov. 3: $20, Nov 4-23: $25
There will be no race day registration available for 5k/10k. Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Packet Pickup: At Fleet Feet Sports Knoxville Tuesday & Wednesday, November 21 - 22: 10:00 AM -7:00 PM
At Fleet Feet Sports race morning (November 24): 6:00 - 6:45 AM

Shirts: 5k/10k participants will receive a soft cotton/poly blend raglan tee in their choice of men's or women's cut, or a 100% cotton long sleeve shirt for youth sizes. Fun Run participants will receive a 100% cotton unisex long raglan tee, available in adult and youth sizes.

Awards: 1st Male, 1st Female, 1st Master Male, & 1st Master Female, 1st Grand Master Male, & 1st Grand Master Female. (not eligible for age group awards). 1st, 2nd & 3rd Male and Female in the following age groups: 1-10, 11-14, 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-79, 80+.

Race Charity: Proceeds from the race will support A Hand up for Women
