Ok, so a few of us are training for upcoming ultramarathons and didn't want to do the longest training run alone. So we thought we would invite all our friends!! That means old friends, new friends and soon-to-be friends. Walk, run, bike or do all three. The choice is yours!!

Ok, so a few of us are training for upcoming ultramarathons and didn't want to do the longest training run alone. So we thought we would invite all our friends!! That means old friends, new friends and soon-to-be friends. With fully stocked aid stations, all your needs will be met! Race will be run (or biked or a combination of) on 3 mile looped course on packed gravel. Teams are welcome to participate too. With a start time of 6pm, we won't stop until we ring in Daylight Savings time at 2am and celebrate with donuts from Daylight Donuts. That's how we will be Racing for Daylight. Won't you join us??? This race is totally free unless you want a souvenir shirt!! So come and participate for as long as you want. Walk, run, bike or do all three. The choice is yours!!

The event will begin at 6pm at the Waynesville City Park in Waynesville, MO. Walkers, runners and bikers are all welcome to join in for a portion of the race or the whole thing. We will run on a 3 (ish) mile looped course that will allow you to see your friends and access a fully stocked aid station every three miles. 

The event will end at 2am (will be 3am as clocks turn at 2) and you will can brag to all your friends how you stayed up to celebrate Daylight Savings with a run and some tasty donuts! Heck, we will even throw in a medal. This race is absolutely free unless you want to buy a one-of-a-kind race shirt. And we think you will!!!
