_ The 41st Annual Faxon New Haven Labor Day Road Race:

The Faxon Law New Haven Road Race features a Half Marathon, Half Marathon Relay, 20K, 5K, and 1/2 Mile Kids Fun Run!

Runners will enjoy approximately fourteen bands (including bag pipes and DJs) along the half marathon and 20K course. 5K runners will enjoy the music of four bands. Great post race party featuring a live band, food and BEER! (for 21+)

The Faxon Law New Haven 20K has again been selected to host the U.S. Men’s & Women’s 20K National Championship in 2018. The event expects to feature a number of past champions and U.S. Olympians. The upcoming year will mark the 27th consecutive year a national championship race has been held in New Haven. The race has been selected as Runner’s World “Race of the Month” and is the nation’s largest 20K race.

 Starting on the New Haven Green, all three courses are flat and fast. The half marathon & 20K courses wind past Yale University, East Rock Park, the New Haven Green and through picturesque Westville neighborhood.
