You’re not just an armchair quarterback. On February 4, get your own game on! Start the big day by testing your arm strength in the Longest Football Throw contest starting at 8:00 a.m. Bring your kids to enjoy the football fun, too! They can toss the ball to show up the adults.

Once you've proven your passing game, you can work on your running game with four miles in Central Park to burn off some pre-game energy. Wear your favorite team's jersey to show your spirit and vote with your feet for that night's champion at our prediction counter near the two-mile mark.

After competing with your arm and then with your legs, you’ll have earned that seat to watch the game!

Mile 1: Start on East Drive, just south of the 102nd Street Cross Drive, and head north. Turn left onto the 102nd Cross Drive and follow West Drive south. The one-mile mark will be located near West 87th Street.

Mile 2: Continue south on West Drive. Reach the two-mile mark as the course turns left onto the 72nd Street Transverse.

Mile 3: Follow the 72nd Street Transverse and turn left onto East Drive. Continue north on East Drive and reach the three-mile mark at 85th Street.

Mile 4: Continue north on East Drive; the finish line is at the same location as the start, just south of the 102nd Street Cross Drive.
