_ The 2018 Good Samaritan Run/Walk 5K & 10K:
Christian Health Service of Syracuse, INC. is reaching out to the CNY area in much the same way as the Good Samaritan in the Bible went out of his way to help his hurting neighbor. Christian Health is determined to bring affordable high quality health care to the Syracuse area. The Good Samaritan Run will help to directly provide that kind of assistance.Thank you for your participation and support in this effort to help our community.

Event details and schedule
Packet Pickup: Fleet Feet Community Room Friday, April 13, 2018 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Registration:Online registration closes on Thursday, April 12th at 12 p.m. Paper registration will be available on Friday at our Fleet Feet Packet Pickup and on race day from 8:30 a.m.to 9:30 am.
Register before March 10, 2018 to receive a free tech t-shirt.
Race Start: 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 14,2018. 10k runners will lead the event on a certified course along the West Shore Trail NY17008JG, shortly after followed by 5k runners then walkers on a flat certified course towards the Willow Bay area NY14137JG.
Kid's Sprint: For children ages 5-12, starts at 9:30 a.m. Children will receive a cotton t-shirt and will do a sprint through a marked course in the park. The Sprint is a non-timed race through the Long Branch Park loop.
Post Race: Post race refreshments will be offered at our vendor village. Be sure to support our local vendors, and listen to inspirational music. Weather permitting, there will be a bounce house and other activities for children.
Prizes Awarded for the top three finishers in each age group for the 5k, and top 2 for 10k. All 10K finishers will receive a medal.
Children 12 and under, not participating in the Children's Samaritan Sprint, may participate in the 5k race free of charge with accompanying parent or guardian. No bib will be given to children not participating in the sprint.
