2018 TBF Escape from Folsom Trail Run Features:

The Escape from Folsom 10 Mile Trail Run and 5K Walk/run has beautiful courses along Folsom Lake on scenic trails covered in wildflowers. Each athlete will receive a custom-designed race tech tee-shirt (ladies cut available for women), hot post race meal, and Escape from Folsom Finisher Medal. 

The Escape from Folsom 10 Mile Trail Run starts at Granite Beach along the shore of Folsom Lake. The course will head north and visit Oak Point before following the lower Middle trail north to Doton’s Point and Beeks Bight before returning to Granite Beach on the upper middle trail. The course will then head south toward Beals Point and back with nice wide lake front trails and an exciting finish back at Granite Beach. The Escape from Folsom 5k starts at Granite Beach along the shore of Folsom Lake. The course will head north to Oak Point and then return to Granite Beach and head south for a loop that returns to the finish at Granite Beach.

First place Overall Male and Female in The Escape from Folsom 10 Miler will receive Overall Champion Awards. There will be awards three deep in each ten-year age group for The Escape from Folsom 10 Miler and the 5K Run/Walk.

Packet Pick Up Information

Race packets will be available race morning from 6:30 am to 8 am at the race site.

Refund and Transfer Information

TBF Racing has a No Refund policy on all of our events. A Refund requested prior to race week will be given a TBF Race credit for the amount of the entry fee minus a $25 processing fee. Credits are not given during race week. Transfers are allowed from one TBF Racing event to another within a one-year time frame. There is a $25 transfer fee. Transfers are not allowed during race week. ALL TBF Racing events are held Rain or Shine.

Race for FREE Information

Our Race for FREE Athlete Volunteer Program offers a chance to get involved with multi-sport events, have fun, and earn a $40 TBF Racing Volunteer voucher good towards entry fees at any of our events this year. Each volunteer shift is 4 hours. We ask volunteers to reserve a volunteer position at any of our events by emailing Volunteer Director T[email protected] as our volunteer positions will fill up quickly.

Race fees increase on race day.
