_ The 2018 Run For Your Buns:

Celebrate the 5th anniversary of Run For Your Buns with us! Run For Your Buns is a family friendly race that promotes fitness, showcases the Greater Grand Forks Greenway and raises awareness for colon cancer screening. All net proceeds from the race are donated to the Altru Health Foundation to be used for people who cannot afford colonoscopies. 

New this year...Run For Your Buns 10K.  Pick your distance, enjoy a beautiful morning run and be part of something bigger!
