 _ The 2018 DAR Flag Day 5K Run/Walk:

Saturday, June 16th, 2018

Join us for the 4th?? Annual Minnesota State Daughters of the American Revolution 5K Run/Walk! This is a family friendly, chip timed 5K race, open to runners and walkers of all skill levels! Bring the kids or pets or both and help support the VA Fisher House. All profits go to the Minneapolis VA Fisher House. This race is US Track and Field Certified and chip timed. Serious runners start first with pleasure and family walkers going last. The course is scenic and mostly off road. We look forward to seeing you.

Fisher House Foundation is best known for a network of comfort homes where military and veterans’ families can stay at no cost while a loved one is receiving treatment.

Race starts at 8:00 am rain or shine with a shot gun start. Check in begins at 7:00 am in front of the clinic with packet pick up at that time. Parking is free and available at the clinic parking lot.

All Registrations include an event T-Shirt! 

Register by May 31st, 11:59 PM to guarantee a shirt and size. T-Shirts are not guaranteed for online registrations after May 31st (sizes will not be collected) and Same Day registrations. There will be a selection of shirts available to choose from at check-in (first come, first serve) for late and same day registrants.

Timing and Results
The DAR Flag Day 5K will be Chip Timed by Race Place Chip Timing. Results will be updated throughout the race and can be viewed immediately after crossing the finish line on tablet kiosks and a scrolling results screen.

Refund Policy
The Race Organizers reserve the right to cancel this event at any time due to inclement weather and/or safety concerns. In any instance the event WILL NOT BE RESCHEDULED. 

Substitutions may be considered upon request. No Refunds.
