Come join Island Rec in the now famous Hill of Thrills Soap Box Race. Make or borrow a car and compete in this non-motorized 'gravity' race. The race location will be at Grover St. by the elementary school. Pick up race packets at the Island Rec office or online, which includes car design regulations and race info.
