What is WalkFIT? WalkFIT is strictly walking and perfect for the beginner exerciser. WalkFIT helps participants take the first steps to a healthy life style.

Start Date: Tuesday, March 20th, 2018

Class Format: 2 weekly coached and mentored workouts
Tuesdays, 6PM at Fleet Feet Sports
Saturdays, 8AM at various locations throughout Buffalo

Cost: $100 until March 16th, 2018. Prices increase to $110 on March 17th, 2018. All refunds are partial ($20.00 administrative fee will be deducted)
