• Sprint Aquathlon:- Swim 1 Mile, Run 3.1 Miles

• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles
• 1 Mile Open Water Swim:- Open Water Swim 1 Mile Swim

 _ The 2018 Against the Tide Aquathlon, Swim & 5K/10K Run:

Against the Tide is a multi-sport event in support of the Massachusetts Breast Cancer Coalition. This inspiring event includes USATF-certified 5K and 10K races, competitive and recreational 1-mile open water swims, and an Aquathon, combining the 1-mile competitive swim with the participant's choice of the 5K or 10K.

Against the Tide will be held at the beautiful DCR's Hopkinton State Park. The Park provides a pristine open water swim and a rolling 5K and 10K runs on paved trails. All participants are invited to enjoy refreshments and music on the beach from one of our many sponsors, as well as post-race massages.
