_ The 2018 Race the Rainbow 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run:

Leaping Leprechauns! Anderson get ready!! We are bringing the race party back to you on March 17 for our 5th annual famous and oh so GREEN St. Partrick's Day Race! This year our event will include a 5K as well as a FREE 1 mile fun run!  The 5K Course is USTAF Certified.  Souvenier race shirts and finisher medals guaranteed to first 300 to register.  

We will gather at the beautiful Anderson County Courthouse, just under the Rainbow!  All events feature an out and back course!  

5K participants will be awarded prizes in the following categories:  

Top 3 Overall Female and Male - Gift Certificates to Local Vendors and Placement Pins 

Top 3 Overall Stroller Division - Gift Certificates and Placement Pins  

Top 3 Male and Female Age Division - Placement Pins 

5-10 Years

11-19 Years

20 - 25 Years

26 -30 Years

31 - 35 years

36 - 40 Years

41 - 45 Years

46 - 50 Years

51 - 55 Years

56 - 60 Years

61 - 65 Years

66 - 70 Years

71 - 75 Years

76 - 80 Years

80 - 90 Years

A portion of the proceeds will go to support Operation Active Kids, a scholarship program that funds kids in our community to participate in local league sports and activities that keep kids healthy and happy! 

Walker, Stroller and Pet Friendly. We encourage and support all levels of athletes. The course is rolling hills and a safe environment for those running, walking or strolling for fitness and fun.
