_ The 2018 Earth Day 5K:

Come run with the Alton Area Optimist Club at our annual Earth Day 5k.  Proceeds from this event will be used to  "Bring out the best in kids" in the Alton/Godfrey, Il area by supporting local sports, education, Scouting, and various other activities. 

The run is FLAT and fast on a smooth asphalt track contained within Godfrey's Glazebrook Park.
