Mark your Calendar and get ready for the First Annual Dominate the Day 5K Event. Enjoy a day filled with music, fun activities, and refreshments while benefiting the Dominate the Day Foundation!! Come out and enjoy the beautiful boardwalk of West Haven with family and friends.

• 8:00am Start Kids Quarter Mile Fun Run
• 8:25 am 1 Mile Walk/5K run
• Flat, fast, breezy course along the West Haven coastline

• Fundraising for Dominate the Day 5K

• Dominate the Day t-shirts for the first 350 pre-registrants

All proceeds from the event will go to the Dominate the Day Foundation, which is committed to helping young people become the absolute best version of themselves through character, relationships, academics, sports, and their positive impact on the world.
