_ The 3rd Annual Hippity Hop Marathon / Half Marathon / 5K / Cottontail Dash event:

Join us for our 3rd Annual Hippity Hop Marathon / Half Marathon / 5K / Cottontail Dash event.  The courses will take you through the dedicated running trails of the New River Trail System, starting and ending at Park West Entertainment District in Peoria.

We will have a time limit for the Marathon and Half Marathon distances.  The cut-off time for the Marathon will be 6.5 hours and the cut-off time for the Half Marathon will be 6 hours.

About

 The course will take you through dedicated running trails (all asphalt and concrete) of the New River Trail System, starting and ending at Park West Entertainment District in Peoria - meaning no need for transportation before or after the race just to get back to your car!  Please note - this is an open use trail system and does not close for our event.

Virtual Run Details

Of course we want you to participate in the Hippity Hop event locally but we understand things come up.  So, if you can't join us on race day and still want to run, get the medal and the shirt then you still can!  Here is your chance to take part in this event no matter where you are!  And of course, all prices include shipping!  Please note that all items will ship following the event on March 31st.

Race Day Information

• Race Day Registration will be available beginning at 6:00am.

  • We accept cash, check, and credit cards (Visa or Master Card) on race day

• Prices on Race Day:

  • Marathon - $100

  • Half Marathon - $80

  • 5K - $40

  • Cottontail Dash - $20

• We welcome wheelchairs, strollers & wagons.

• No roller blades, skateboards or motorized devices are allowed on the run or walk courses.

• Leashed pet friendly

• Cottontail Dash is an untimed half mile fun run with an egg hunt along the route.  All participants receive a finisher's medal and a shirt.  You are welcome to bring your own bag/basket or one will be provided for you.

• Due to the common start/finish line, there is no bag check for this event.

Packet Pick-Up Opportunities

Packet pick-up will be available on Friday, March 30th from 4-7pm at Road Runner Sports in Phoenix (map).

Race day packet pick-up available at Rio Vista Park (race location) starting at 6:00am.
