_ The UGH Relay for Life 5K:

The UGH Relay for Life 5K takes place on a scenic course in the fresh spring air. It starts at Pavillion 3  and continues to loop around the outer edge of the dog park, returning to the finish line at Pavillion 3. The terrain varies from gravel to sidewalk with a few curves as the course follows the outskirts of Meeks Park. The event also includes a pre-race warm-up, post-race massage, and rehydration station. 

The UGH Relay for Life 5K isn't only for race enthusiasts, it is for those supporting Relay for Life. Together we can enjoy a scenic run/walk while helping cure cancer.

Event details and schedule

Registration begins at 8am with a pre-race warm-up lead by a UGH Wellness Centerp trainer. The race will begin promtly at 9am. There will be a massage therapist available after you pcross the finish line and grab a post-race snack and drink.

The course route is available in the photo gallery. There will be staff and directional signs along the course to guide you along. Parking is available nest to the start/finish line. 

Please have your registration code/form and ID ready at the registration/check-in booth. Please dress appropriately for the race and the weather. 

Winners will be determined by age categories (11-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51+) and to the top female and male of the race.
