The 2018 Frederick Women’s Distance Festival is presented by the Frederick Steeplechasers Running Club. This 5k race for female runners and walkers promotes health and fitness amoung women of all ages and abilities. The front of the pack is pretty competitive, but we have plenty of beginners and walkers. Amenities include technical race shirt, swag bag, post-race refreshments, photo booth, and hand-crafted awards. 

Proceeds benefit the Women's Giving Circle of Frederick County.
