• 5K Run :- Run 3.1 Miles

_ The 2018 Run for Strength:

Join us in using our healthy muscles to help free individuals, and their families, from the debilitating effects of ALS, muscular dystrophy, and additional forms of muscle-debilitating disease. RUN for STRENGTH to enhance our Muscle Champions' strength, autonomy, and quality of life, and enjoy an after party following the race with a live band, refreshments, food, and 21+ beverages! All contributions from this race will benefit our affected families in New Castle County, DE and nearby areas.

Our RUN for STRENGTH 5k is an inclusive walk/run, which provides the chance for our "Muscle Champions" and their supporters to cross the finish line together! This event will take place on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at Saint Mark's High School!

Create a team, join a team, or sign-up individually to cross the finish line with our "Muscle Champions"! MILITARY MEMBER DISCOUNT:

Military members will receive a 20% discount per registration. If you are a military member, please obtain the coupon code from Sara Verbanas prior to registering. We highly encourage military members to wear their uniforms/apparel the day of the event!

BIB PICK UP AND RACE DAY DETAILS

Bib pick up will be on Saturday, April 7th at Saint Mark's High School from 8:00-8:45am, directly at the front of the school.

This is the start and finish line.

5K starts at 9:00am.

After you complete your 5K MMF invites you inside Saint Mark's High School for some food, drinks, music, and fun!

Awards ceremony will be located at the after party inside the school.
