Dash for disABILITIES Superhero 5k Fun Run, Walk & Roll

Saturday, March 3, 2018  

Lake Charles Civic Center 

Race start time 8:30 AM

Registration starts at 7:30 AM

This is our inaugural event.  Dash for disABILITIES is a 5k/Fun Run Walk & Roll for all ages and abilities to benefit the programs of Families Helping Families of Southwest Louisiana.  Join us for a SUPER event!!  We encourage everyone to Dress as your favorite Super Hero and participate in the 5k or the Fun Run!! Registration begins at 7:30AM, 5K starts at 8:30AM. Chip timing will be used for the 5k. Walk & Roll Starts soon after the 5K start.  

Invite your family to join us after the 5k Fun Run to view local heroes’ vehicles!!

Registration Fees (Early & Late Fees & dates):

$25 pre-registration;  $30 day of Race   

To be guaranteed your t-shirt size you must register by February 21st.  After that date it will be first come first serve.

Packet Pickup:

Packets to be picked up on Friday, March 2nd at House of Sole, 3113 Ryan St., Lake Charles (Pzazz Shopping Center) and on Saturday at the race starting at 7 am

Age Groups:

1-14,15-19,20-29,30-39,etc. 70+

Awards: 

Top Overall M&F, & 1st, 2nd, 3rd, M&F each age group 

Most creative Super Hero Costume contest too!
