_ The 2018 ShamRock & Run 5K & 10K:

Lace up those lucky shoes, because this is a shamrock shuffle that you don't want to miss! For our 5th year we are partnering with Rock & Run Brewery again for an awesome event including the famous St. Pat's Day themed-bottle opener medal. Top overall female and male will receive something special!

This race is also a part of The Running Well Store's Progress Series! The 10k race is the 3rd race in the series with the final race being a Half Marathon! Sign up for the series! 

The event will start at 8.30am for both 5k and 10k runners.
