_ The 2018 Atos Earth Day 5K & 10K Run:

Join us at Aztec Ruins National Monument for the 5th annual ATOS Earth Day 5K & 10K fun run!  The whole family is welcome at this fun filled event!  The course starts at the Ruins and continues through Aztec, right next to the Animas River through Riverside Park, and finishes at the Ruins.  We will have awards for the top three male and female finishers in the 5K and 10K, and CHIP timing for all runners!  Each participant is entered into our awesome schwag raffle, and entry into Aztec Ruins National Monument is FREE as part of National Parks Week!

For the serious runners this event is RF Chipped for timing. We also welcome families to run and walk!

Registration $15 is for the race only. This year we are selling performance fabric event T-shirts as an optional purchase of $15-$17. You will need to select the option to purchase a T-shirt during registration.

When registering as a group, please be sure each participant's information is filled out correctly, and specify which distance each participant will be running (5K or 10K).

Sign up as a group of 4 and receive a discount!  Groups of 4 register for $50.

Registration Deadline to receive a t-shirt is March 31.

Registration Deadline to participate in the race is April 18. 

April 20 - Packet pickup for pre-registered participants ** Time and place details coming soon**

April 21 - 8:30-9:30 Day-of Registration and Pre-registered check-in

              9:30 - Warm up and stretching 

             10:00 - 10K Race Begins

             10:05 - 5K Race Begins   

             11:00 - Awards Ceremony

Route Details: Start at Aztec Ruins picnic area, run through ruins parking area and south down Ruins Rd sidewalk. Runners will go counterclockwise around Riverside Park, cross under the bridges and run up the ramp, and run east on the sidewalk of the Westbound lanes of Aztec Blvd.  Once runners cross finish line they will cross street on their own and return to picnic area for awards ceremony.
