2018 Luck of the Irish 7K

The St. Patrick’s Day Luck of the Irish 7k run/walk is a great way to start off the day with a bang! This race provides scenic views of Buffalo Pass and Strawberry Park while taking you through the neighborhood of historic downtown Steamboat Springs. This is a great race for those keeping pace with their New Year's resolutions, tuning up for an important spring race, spending time with friends and family while running, or doing something good for yourself before the festivities of St. Patrick's Day take place.  This race is stroller and dog friendly so please bring your kiddos and leashed fury friends.

Parking: Parking is located at the Steamboat Springs Middle School on Amethyst Dr., about ½ mile from Lincoln Avenue in Downtown Steamboat Springs. 

Registration: Online registration will close at 8 pm on Thursday, March 15th. You can also register at Twisted Trails on Lincoln Avenue between 6th and 7th Street on Friday March 16th from 3-6 pm. Day-of registration will be available from 8:00 am to 8:45 am at the start line.

Registration Fees:

• Frills: $30
• 17 & under: $1 per year in age (does not include a race gift)

Awards and Post Race FUN!: Awards will be held at 10:00 am and raffle prizes will be given at 10:10am. Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place males and females (No Age Group awards).  Every participant is automatically entered in our prize raffle, which will follow the awards ceremony. After the race, all participants are invited to O'Neils Tavern & Grill for free authentic Irish food.  All participants 21 years of age or older will get a for a free beer compliments of our friends at Yampa Valley Brewing Company.
