2018 Terrapin Triathlon & 5K ::

• Sprint Triathlon:- Swim 1/2 Mile, Bike 12 Miles, Run 3.1 Miles
• 5K Run:- Run 3.1 Miles

 _ The 2018 Terrapin Triathlon & 5K is an event that will be held at the University of Maryland, College Park on April 8, 2018. Participants can choose between competing in a sprint distance triathlon or a 5K running race. There are also opportunities for triathlon relay teams. Last year’s race was a great success; this year, we are improving and expanding the event to make it even better! 

For the sprint triathlon, the 400 meter (0.25 mile) swim will be held in the indoor pool at University of Maryland's Eppley Recreation Center. The 12 mile bike will be a three loop course around the University of Maryland campus. The 5K run (both triathlon and running race) will be along the Paint Branch Trail. Course maps will be released in late March.
