_ The 2018 March Fourth 5K:

On March Fourth, 2016 my Mom died of colon cancer and she wasn’t alone. More than 50,000 other people also died that year from Colon Cancer and even more last year. When my Mom was alive she told us that we had to keep going – and it was fitting that she died on March Fourth since that is what she wanted us to do - to March Forth. So this year, on March Fourth 2018 we are holding our first annual run to raise money for Colon Cancer Prevention. All of the money we raise will get donated to the Colon Cancer Alliance and the March Fourth Foundation. Our goal is to save 100,000 lives over the next ten years and we can do it. Colon Cancer is one of the most deadly cancers known and yet, it is also one of the most preventable.
