_ The 2nd Annual Tachycardic 5K:

BCOM's American Osteopathic Academy of Sports Medicine and NMSU's Student Association of Nutrition and Dietetics are proud to present the 2nd Annual Tachycardic 5k Fun run!

Come take the first step towards improving your lifestyle and that of the Las Cruces community while raising money for Mesilla Valley Community of Hope.

ALL AGES AND ATHLETIC ABILITIES are welcome! We will have the individual start at 9 followed by the team fun run! We don't care about winners and losers so BRING A TEAM from work, school, sports, etc and come take a walk/jog/run dance around the course.

Awards will be given out based on the following categories:

"Smells Like Team Spirit" - awarded to the team with most team spirit. Be loud and proud!

"Where is the love" - awarded to the team who brings in the most donations for our charity (canned goods, donations to Mesilla Valley Community of Hope)

"The Champion" - awarded to the team who comes in first place

"Sharp Dressed Man" - awarded to the team who has the loudest/craziest race gear

We are proud to be sponsored by South West Sport and Spine and Natural Grocers. They will be helping teach healthy practices along with other BCOM health clubs at the finish line.
