Slippery Slope 5K Series...

• 5K Run/Walk :- Run 3.1 Miles

_ The 2018 Slippery Slope 5K Series:

Come slip around Lake Placid in the first annual Slippery Slope 5K Series.  Proceeds from the race series will benefit the Lake Placid Cross Country Teams.  Participants who pre-register for all four races in the series will recieve a discounted race and a memorable Slippery Slope 5K winter hat!

Event details and schedule

Race Bib Pick and Registration: 8:30 am- 9:45 am 

Registration takes place in the Lake Placid High School Gym.  

Race Start Time: 10 am 

Awards: Awarded to top 3 overal male and female runners, and first place in each age group. Age groups determined on number of participants. Awards will be given following the conclusion of each race. 

Course: Start on School Street, right on Main, right on McKinley, left on Mclenathan, Straight onto Mill Pond Drive, right on Sentinel, right on Station, left on Trillium, right on Hurley, straight onto Summer, left on Newman, left on Sentinel, back to the High School.
