_ The 2018 Manitou Days 5K:

This race has a wonderful old time feel.  The race course follows the Manitou Days parade route.  With thousands cheering you on as you run through downtown White Bear Lake you can't help but feel like a rock star!

Packet Pick Up

Your race packet will include all the materials you need for your race and some fun stuff like your complimentary race shirt and special offers. Pick up your race packets at our Training Center at 1340 Highway 96 East in White Bear Lake (get directions). Packets will be available on:

• Thursday, June 14 from 11:00am-6:00pm
• Friday, June 15 from 11:00am-2:00pm
• Friday, June 15 after 4:30pm at Ramsey Beach

Schedule of Events

• 4:30 pm - Race Day Registration area opens
• 5:10 pm - Registration closes for all races
• 5:15 pm - Race announcements begin
• 5:30 pm - 5k begins
• 6:00ish pm – Awards*
• 6:15 pm – all participants must be off the race course

Note: Courses close at 6:15 pm

Awards will be given to the following:

• Top overall Male and Female athletes
• Top 2 Male and Female athletes in each age group (12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+)
• Top overall male and female cannot also be age groupers. No double dipping.
