_ The 2018 Hope in Motion 5K & 1 mile Family Walk:
Hope in Motion is Minnesota’s National Cancer Survivors Day Celebration, including a 5K Run/Walk, a 1-Mile Family Walk, a 1K Kids Dash, wellness activities, entertainment, speakers, and more. This year we raised oveer $50,000 in proceeds which will benefit Angel Foundation, a local nonprofit that provides support and programs for cancer survivors and their families.
Whether you're a cancer survivor, a caregiver, or a supporter, we look forward to celebrating National Cancer Survivors Day with you on June 3, 2018!
Awards to the top male and female survivor and top male and female in 10-year age groups.
Timing: The 5K will be tagged timed race. Course is USATF certified.
All children ages 0-4 are welcome to participate in the race free of charge. However, to receive a t-shirt and race bib they must be registered for the race under the youth rate. (Note: Please
Shirt size guaranteed for race day only if registered by May 15. Strollers are allowed on the 5K and 1-Mile race courses.
CREATE A TEAM:
Teams can be created with a minimum of 5 up to a maximum of 100 people. This makes Hope in Motion a perfect race for companies looking for a corporate wellness challenge for their employees while supporting a great cause.

Virtual Participant: Can’t make it on June 5? Sign up to be part of Hope in Motion by registering as a Virtual Participant. Your registration fees will help support Angel Foundation. (Please note the t-shirts for the Virtual Participant does not include a Hope In Motion t-shirt)
Packet Pickup and Race Day Registration: Race Day starting at 7:30a at the picnic pavilion.
RACE DAY SCHEDULE:
7:30 a.m. – Registration Opens
8:30 a.m. – Welcome, Warm Up, and Kids’ Dash
9:00 a.m. – 5K and 1 mile Family Walk - Family Walk participants line up behind 5K participants
9:30 a.m. - 11 a.m. - Post race refreshements, entertainment, awards ceremony, speakers and more
