- 5K Run/Walk :- Run 3.1 Miles
_ The 2018 Run to Remember 5K:
The Inaugural Run to Remember 5K Run/Walk strives to raise money to create a standing memorial to the victims of the March 22, 2017 shooting that impacted a number of families across several Central Wisconsin communities and shook the entire region.
AGE DIVISIONS:
Awards will be given to each of the top three males and females in the following age categories:
10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+.
Awards will take place at approximately 10:30 a.m. near the starting line.
Chip timing will be provided by Performance Timing. Race results will be available at performancetiming.com.
WATER STATION & REFRESHMENTS:
Water will be available at the halfway point. Post-race refreshments will also be provided.
VOLUNTEER:
Volunteers are needed to help with various tasks including registration, refreshment set-up, course marshals and clean-up. If you're interested in volunteering, please email [email protected]
PACKET PICK-UP: Packet pick-up will be held in the gym of DC Everest Junior High both the day before the race and the morning of. On Friday, March 16, you can pick up your packet between 5-8 p.m. On Saturday, March 17, you can pick up between 7:30 - 8:45 a.m. The race starts at 9 a.m.
