_ The 2018 Run N Plunge 5K:

Please join us on May 5, 2018  for the Run N Plunge 5K/10K! The Run N Plunge will be held at Edgar Evins State Park on May 5, 2018. The race will start and finish in the boat ramp 1 parking lot, and runners have the option to celebrate their achievement by plunging into the lake at the finish line. This event will include both road and trail portions of the race with varying distance choices so that everyone can find their race!
