Description

This group intermediate running program is designed to encourage, motivate and challenge the individual to compete with his/her peers. The ideal participant has run several 5Ks and finished under 45 minutes and is interested in building endurance to run longer distances. Fee for this program is $30.00. The final goal is to run an optional 10K race (registration fee required). Motivate Wellness certified instructors!!!

This class meets at James L. Dorton Park. Motivate Wellness provides events and competitions designed around health and fitness. Whether you are on your own or part of a large group, Motivate Wellness can help you and those around you grow and succeed.
