_ The 2018 Ugandan Water Project 5K:
Ugandans typically walk 2-5 miles twice each day to the nearest water source - often dirty and shared by livestock. Consuming this water often leads to disease and even death. Through restoring broken wells, rain water harvesting, and water filters - the Ugandan Water Project is helping transform lives!
Our annual 5K raises vital funds that help the UWP purchase new equipment, expand and train our workforce on the ground in Uganda, and bring the life-saving gift of water to even more people.
Help us reach our goal of 100 new water projects in 2018. Your participation will save lives... guaranteed!
