The April Fools Day 4,828,036 Millimeter Classic has given us classic moments in the past. The course has taken runners through a house, backyard and garage. Runners have had to dodge water balloons tossed at their feet, freezie pops handed to them at the water stations and more at the Vac & Dash April Fools Day Classic. This is the race that is full of fun surprises. One lucky runner will have a chance to win $100.00. Special prizes to the top three teams with the most participants.
This year we have added the Vac & Dash Easter Egg Hunt Extravaganza to the event. Look for the best Easter Egg Hunt ever, with awesome prizes.
Here's how the Easter Egg Hunt will work.
As you approach the finish, you run through the obstacle course, followed by a field with numbered eggs. You will pick-up one egg only, then proceed through the finish line.
You will then take the egg to a prize table where you will get your prize.
Here's the list of prizes we have so far:
2- pair of shoes from Vac & Dash.
16 - arm sleeves from The Hawley Company

Get your friends to run. The group with the most runners will get $100.00! You can join and existing group or start your own.
The course will take you From the Stanly County Family YMCA to my house and back. When you get to my house, you will run through the basement, walk up the stairs, run through the kitchen, grab a fresh baked cookie, run out the front door and return to the Y.
