Join us as we go for a little tour of awesomeness in Missouri, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Illinois. We start in Sikeston, Missouri, the land of the throwed rolls. Yep, you read that right! And we end in the hometown of the Man of Steel himself - Superman's Metropolis.

Mix and match distances, run only one day, or take on the challenge of all five! A special medal will be given to runners and/or volunteers who participate in all five days!

These are walker friendly races! 8 hour time limit for all distances.

Day one is in Sikeston, Missouri. The course is mostly flat on asphalt around a lake and a park. Our Super Awesome aid station will never be more than 2 miles away, so you can stay hydrated and fed the entire time. To help you keep your energy up throughout the week, our aid stations are a complete buffet, including energy gels (a variety of flavors of Gu, Powergel, and Clif Shots), fruit, chips, pretzels, candy, and cookies. We also have a fully stocked recovery zone with foam rollers, massage sticks, BioFreeze, and the all-important chocolate milk for after your race.

Join us for a pre-race dinner at packet pickup the night before the race at Lambert's Cafe, where the staff literally throws unlimited numbers of gigantic hot rolls to you! The Travel Channel named Lambert's Cafe the number one place to "pig out", which makes it the perfect place to begin the carb loading for this adventure!

Runners completing any distance receive a finisher's medal. Each runner also receives a reusable cup or water bottle for use during the entire series. Your additional race swag depends on the number of days you are running: 
- one race: dry-fit hat
- two races: dry-fit hat and pint glass
- three races: dry-fit hat, pint glass, cooling towel
- four races: dry-fit hat, pint glass, cooling towel, and dry bag
- five races: dry-fit hat, pint glass, cooling towel, dry bag, and your choice of shirt or tank top
