Are you running the Seneca 7 Relay Race? Have you ever wanted to run a Ragnar or relay race? Join Rochester Running Company for an exclusive Seneca 7 simulation! We will be running three miles three times over the course of the afternoon.

The end of each leg of the relay practice will feature light refreshments and various workshops discussing helpful tips to do your best on race day.  We will have nutrition available for you to sample on your run to help you make decisions on what might be best to try come race day.

Additionally, we will have an early happy hour at GRAPPA and some possible snacks for anyone who wants to wind down after a good afternoon of running!

Weather you're running the Seneca 7 or not, we hope to see you! Cost will just be $5 for some light refreshments, nutrition samples, and some food post run.
