_ The 2018 Go Big Blue 4 Miler Presented by Kroger Simple Truth:

Join all of Big Blue Nation for a 4 Miler that finishes inside Kroger Field!

Come run or walk in the inaugural GO BIG BLUE 4 MILER presented by Kroger Simple Truth on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 8:30am.

This unique 4 mile run/walk is the perfect experience for every UK sports fan young and old.  Our race starts outside Gate 12 of Kroger Field and finishes on the playing field. Your 4 mile journey through south campus will take you through 7 athletic fields including soccer, softball, baseball and track.

Race features a commemorative t-shirt, music piped into the various sports complexes and a tailgate celebration featuring the Wildcat Mascot, UK Cheerleaders  and more!  Please note the course will not support strollers or pets.  Bring the whole family as we have a Junior Wildcat Club Kids Race (1/2 mile) which starts at 8:15am also finishes on the field and plenty of room in the stands at Kroger Field for spectators to take it all in.

VIRTUAL RUNNER/WALKER OPPORTUNITY  So you can't join us in Lexington on April 14th?  Consider supporting our cause as a VIRTUAL RUNNER/WALKER.  For $30 we'll ship you your commemorative race bib and T-shirt and you can do your own Go Big Blue run/walk in your own town.

PACKET PICKUP   We will have several opportunities for you to pickup your race packet (bib, shirt, safety pins). 

1. Thursday, April 12th from 4-7pm at the Kroger on Euclid Avenue in Chevy Chase
2. Friday, April 13th from 3:30-7pm outside of Gate 12 at Kroger Field (Look for the large Kroger tent)
3. Saturday (Race Day), April 14th from 7:00-8:30am outside of Gate 12 at Kroger Field

You may pickup packets for friends and family members.  No credentials or ID are needed.

EVENT PRICING  Our pricing for the Go Big Blue 4 Miler is $30 (Public Rate) and $25 (UK Student/UK Employee) but these prices will both increase by $10 when we hit 500 total runners/walkers.  It pays to register early!
