_ The 2nd Annual Up! Up! and Away! SuperHero 5K Walk/Run:

We're back! After over 145 registrants and over $6,000 raised at the 2017 5K, we area gearing up for a bigger and better 2018 5K!

Family Friendly event for raising proceeds to go towards families in the western North Dakota area after the loss of a baby due to pregnancy loss, still birth, and infant loss. 

The North Dakota Chapter of The TEARS Foundation welcomes the community to participate in our 2nd Annual Up! Up! and Away! Superhero 5K Walk/Run!

Ages 13 and Up - $30.00 (T-shirt included in registration)

Ages 12 and Under - FREE (T-shirt not included in registration)

Where: Patterson Lake

When: Registration Opening at 8AM, Run beginning at 9AM, Walk beginning at 930AM
