What better way to honor our American Flag for FLAG DAY and support OUR Veterans then to take part in our 4th Annual Flag Day 5K run!!! Our Veterans will serve all registered participants a post run hot breakfast of eggs, sausage, homefries, toast, and beverages!!! T-Shirts for all registered runners and awards for each age division!!! ALL PROCEEDS FROM THIS EVENT WILL BENEFIT OUR 2017 POST 85 RHODE ISLAND STATE CHAMPIONSHIP BASEBALL CLUB for their upcoming 2018 season!!!

Event details and schedule

Pre/Day of registration starts at 7:30am with the run beginning at 9:00am. Course is a loop and mostly flat with one water station. Plenty of on site parking is available. Indoor facilities. A post run breakfast will be provided for all REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS. Guest may join us for the post run breakfast. An on site charge of $5.00 for a guest adult or $10.00 per guest family will be charged for breakfast. PLEASE e-mail the race director, [email protected], if you wish to have guest for the post run breakfast. Awards ceremony to include trophy for top male and female runner. Medals for first and second place male and female in each age division. Age divisions as follows: 0-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59 and 60+
