_ The 2018 Rock Recovery Grub for Good 5K - Fall:

Start your Saturday off right, and join local nonprofit Rock Recovery for a scenic 5k fun run (or walk!) through the mall and post-run snacks at Potomac River Running store. All fitness levels are welcome, and this is an untimed event that is centered around raising funds and awareness for people struggling with eating disorders. Proceeds from the event will support Rock Recovery's mission and help individuals struggling with disordered eating exercise and body image issues.

When: Saturday, April 22nd, 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM (check-in opens at 9:30 AM)

Where: Potomac River Running, 919 F St NW Washington, DC

Cost: $15 for all registrations made by March 31st at midnight. Prices go up to $20 on April 1st. Register early before prices go up!

10:00 - 10:10  AM: Welcome and quick talk from Rock Recovery 

10:10 AM: Fun run begins

11:00 - 12:30 PM: Post-run snacks at Potomac River Running

Potomac River Running is one block from the Chinatown Metro, and street parking is available (but somewhat scarce!) nearby.
