_ The 2018 Teens With A Mission 5K and Super Hero Fun Run:

The TWAM 5K and Fun Run will be held in Salisbury, North Carolina, on Friday April 20th 2017. The Fun Run will start at 7:00 p.m. followed by the 5K at 7:30 p.m. Friday evening. Both races start and end at First Presbyterian Church.  This is the 13th year for this 5K race and the 8th year on our race course through beautiful downtown, historic Salisbury, which is USATF certified. It is designed to appeal to walkers, joggers, casual runners, competitive runners and elite runners.  Appealing to each level of fitness is a great representation of the sport.  We have the largest door prize give away in Salisbury and an awesome tech t-shirt as bonuses for race participants.  

All funds raised during this event will go to the work of Teens With A Mission, which is taking a group of senior high students and youth advisors to Mexico in July to build and home for a family in need and reach out to the community to share God’s love. TWAM also volunteers in Salisbury at Rowan Helping Ministries and with Food For Thought throughout the year.
